Talent stands as the key factory for both corporate and societal progress, and HollySys has emphasized this over its 27 years of practical experience. The company has gained a profound understanding that nurturing versatile and pragmatic young talent is of paramount importance for the future development.

In 2020, HollySys formally introduced the "Young Management Talent Cultivation Program." On June 12th, the startup meeting took place at Beijing headquarters, with senior leaders and 43 selected employees representing various divisions, including Behe, Hanghe, Xihe, Hanghe-Xifen, Gongsuan, and Zhineng companies.

During the meeting, Mr. Shi Hongyuan, the Deputy General Manager of HollySys, explained the purpose and significance of the project: to develop more young leaders who can take on critical roles in the company. He emphasized that the courses in this program are essential for those aspiring to move into management, as they provide a deep understanding of company's operations and equip individuals with practical skills for handling tasks, team, and problem-solving. These courses will be an ongoing part of the career life and are vital for their department's growth. The training program focuses on combining education with real-world experience to enhance practical skills. Since its launch, the program has followed a policy of selecting the top-performing staffs to advance to later stages, but every student will gain valuable knowledge regardless of their progress.

As per the plan in early August, top 15 talents will be chosen based on assessments, department evaluations, and learning reviews. These individuals will undergo intensive training of sales management, operational management, and strategic analysis. Additionally, they will benefit from dual guidance by both career and professional mentors and participate in a rotation program to lead challenging projects. This forms a comprehensive, hands-on approach to their career development.
