On April 29, 2021, the Capital Cyber Security Day - Hierarchy Protection 2.0 and Trusted Computing 3.0 Innovative Development Forum was successfully held at the China National Convention Center in Beijing. The Forum was sponsored by the Beijing Municipal Cyberspace Administration, Beijing Municipal Public Security Bureau and ZGC Trusted Computing Industry Alliance. With more than 200 elites from the government, scientific research institutes, industry experts and equipment enterprises participating in the event, discussions centered on the implementation of Hierarchy Protection 2.0 and the innovative development of rusted Computing 3.0 to identify tactics for China's rapid and high-quality cybersecurity development.

During the Forum, speeches were delivered by Guo Qiquan, first-level inspector and deputy director of the Cyber Security Bureau of the Ministry of Public Security, Chen Zhaohui, vice director of the planning department of China Electronic Information Industry Group Co. Ltd, and Liu Gui, a second-level researcher from the major special projects department of ZGC Science Park Administrative Committee and the Beijing Municipal Science  Technology Commission. A keynote speech was delivered by Shen Changxiang, Academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering. Xu Ming, director of sales at Ningbo HollySys Information Security Research Institute Co., Ltd., was also invited to attend the forum and deliver a keynote speech. Xu's speech was entitled Consolidate the Active Frontline Immunodefense of Industrial Control Systems Through Trusted Computing.

Xu Ming organized his speech in three aspects: industrial control system (ICS) development opportunities and challenges, HollySys's secure and trusted technology system, and HollySys's breakthroughs and innovations in secure and trusted technology, with the emphasis on its integrated industrial cybersecurity solution. Based on the secure and trusted key control system, the solution combines multi-level protection, testing and control technologies for an active line of immunodefense and thus an integrated industrial cybersecurity product system. In addition to HollySys's innovative cybersecurity achievements, Xu Ming's wonderful speech drew much attention from guests.

China's cybersecurity forces are now growing at a rapid pace.
